Somatic grounding practice to un-brace against anxiety & worst case scenario

2026 is already ripening with change, in both destructive and constructive ways. Such is going to continue being the case as humanity & the Earth evolves beyond the death rattle of capitalism.

A world is dying. A world, we don't know what it's going to be yet, is being birthed.

Us 99% are responsible for a lot right now - we’re out here both making the radical change and simultaneously having to heal from the fallout of these long failing systems that were never truly designed to support us to begin with.

It’s a lot to bear, or somatically brace against. Our nervous system intelligence helps our body anticipate change in order to protect us, keep us safe - speeding up our circulatory system, holding a “defensive” shape with our posture, keeping our mind in “survey & evaluate” mode. AND, the chronic bracing our soma does, the hyper-vigilance our awareness stays lock & step with, and those constant background anxious nervous system vibes of “waiting for the other shoe to drop” can have too much of a physical, mental & spiritual impact on our body. Stress & anxiety is going to happen, we actually want to have a generative relationship with stress (because collective sovereignty needs our dedication & creativity), but what we don’t want is un-metabolized autopilot hyper-vigilance keeping our soma on high alert 24/7.

This is why making somatic practice revolutionary on purpose, that is - not healing to merely cope or survive, but actually change the systems - resources us to be adaptable in the shift.

Practice that’s not only healing, but helps us reconnect with our own creative wonder & transform our relationship to change itself. Somatically unbracing ourselves against our own nervous system so that our collective work forward isn’t taking on the same destructive shapes of the dying systems.
